Delivery of my order
1. How long will it take for my order to ship?
We usually ship orders 1 to 2 days after validation.
2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Depending on the carrier chosen at the time of ordering, the order is usually delivered 1 to 5 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.
3. After ordering, how many days can I expect to receive my order?
We do everything we can to prepare and ship your package the day you place your order. Since your package is no longer under our control after this stage, the time before delivery varies greatly. Sometimes packages arrive at the customer's home the next day, and sometimes it takes up to a week.
4. Which shipping service will deliver my order?
When placing your order, you will have the choice of 2 to 3 carriers which are: Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay.
5. Where will I receive my order?
When placing your order, you will always have the choice between home delivery or delivery to a collection point of your choice.
